Returns and Exchanges

EXCHANGE POLICY:

This does not apply to equipment such as: equipment for which VAT invoices have already been issued; fully installed systems; equipment subject to wear and tear; equipment that has been cut, broken, has missing packaging, or is scratched or dirty.

In the event that a customer purchases an item but it does not meet their needs or for any other reason they wish to exchange it for a different item, we will provide the following support:

1. Exchange location: At PHUYENXANH.VN stores (We do not offer this exchange policy at your home).
2. Upgrading to a lower-value product will not result in a refund of the difference.
3. Applicable period:
   – 2 days from the date of purchase: Free shipping
   – Within 3 to 10 days from the date of purchase: 5% value of goods
   – From 11 to 20 days from the date of purchase: 10% value of goods
   – From 21 to 30 days from the date of purchase: 15% value of goods
   – From 31 days onwards: Agreement
4. The product and its packaging must be intact, clean, free from scratches, in normal working condition, and complete with box, manual, and accessories, including even the cable tie and plastic bag.
5. The warranty period for the exchanged item will continue from the original item's warranty period, not from the beginning.
6. We reserve the right to refuse exchanges if we detect any misuse of this policy for profit or if the goods are no longer in good condition.

RETURN ITEMS:

• Return location: At the store PHUYENXANH.VN (We do not apply this policy at your home.)
• Applicable period:
  – Within 1 to 3 days from the date of purchase: 10% value of goods
  – Within 4 to 10 days from the date of purchase: 20% value of goods
  – From 11 to 20 days from the date of purchase: 30% value of goods
  – From 21 to 30 days from the date of purchase: 40% value of goods
  – From 31 days onwards: Agreement

• We reserve the right to refuse returns if we detect any misuse of this policy for profit or if the goods are no longer guaranteed.
