Ho Chi Minh
For customers within Ho Chi Minh City, we deliver on the same day, usually within 2 hours of order completion.
Hanoi
The shipping company will deliver the goods to the customer within 3 to 7 business days. For construction projects, it will take 2 days for staff and goods to arrive at the installation site.
Nha Trang
Small orders will be delivered within 24 business hours via bus. To ensure door-to-door delivery, shipping companies will assist within 2 to 3 business days.
Phu Quoc
The shipping company, Tran Quyen Transport, will receive and deliver goods in the early afternoon of the following day after confirming that the order has been shipped. In case of loss, the process will be resolved within a maximum of one day.
Other conditions:

- phuyenxanh.vn only delivers to the recipient registered by the customer during the purchase process. If there is an unclear change in the recipient during delivery, phuyenxanh.vn reserves the right to refuse delivery and require the customer to pick up the goods at phuyenxanh.vn's location.
- In some cases, if the delivery address is unclear, located in a narrow alley, or in dangerous areas, mountainous regions, or places with difficult transportation access, phuyenxanh.vn reserves the right to refuse direct delivery.
- In cases of force majeure, such as natural disasters, floods, damage to bridges or ferries, etc., phuyenxanh.vn is not responsible for compensating for damages arising from delayed delivery or failure to transport goods to the location as agreed with the customer.
- If phuyenxanh.vn has delivered the goods to the agreed-upon location, but for some reason the customer requests a return, then the customer will be responsible for the return shipping costs according to the company's established price list.
- For heavy and bulky items that need to be transported upstairs without an elevator, we request customer assistance with the delivery and receiving process.
- During special days or holidays when general traffic policies are restricted (road closures for certain vehicles, etc.), delivery times may change. phuyenxanh.vn will call customers to agree on a delivery time.
