Phu My 3 Thermal Power Plant It is one of the largest combined-cycle gas power plants in Vietnam, located at Phu My 1 Industrial Zone, Phu My Town, Ba Ria - Vung Tau Province. The factory was built in the following form: BOT (Build – Operate – Transfer), This marks the first step in attracting foreign investment into Vietnam's energy sector.
