Hai Duong Vocational College (HDVTC) is a public vocational education institution under the Ministry of Labour, Invalids and Social Affairs, with the mission of training high-quality human resources to meet the socio-economic development needs of Hai Duong province and the surrounding region.

- School name: Hai Duong Vocational College
- Establish: Formerly known as the Hai Duong Provincial Technical Workers' School, established by Decision No. 2018/QD-UB dated June 20, 2000. On February 15, 2007, the Minister of Labor, War Invalids and Social Affairs signed Decision No. 260/QD-BLDTBXH upgrading it to Hai Duong Vocational College.
